Check In/Check Out:
Check In time is 4 P.M. and Check Out time is 12 P.M. 

We gladly accept your use of a debit card for transactions at this hotel. If a debit card is used, your account will be debited at check-in for the projected total amount of room and tax, plus 20% per day for incidentals. These funds will not be available for use from your bank account. If you check-out earlier than expected or should you pay your charges by other means, the unused amount will be released from your debit card.  However, depending on the processor and your bank’s procedures, it could take up to 10 days for the unused amount to be credited back to your account. This hotel cannot be responsible for any returned check fees associated with your bank account.

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations must be made before 11:59 P.M. EST 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge to the payment method on file. 

Modification Policy: 
Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change or additional fees. 

Pets Policy:
Pets are welcomed; however a non-refundable cleaning fee of $50 daily with a maximum charge of $150 plus HST applies. 

Smoking Policy:
Star Suites by Riverside Theatre LLC is a 100% smoke and vape free environment. Smoking will incur a cleaning fee of $250.00 plus HST. 

Cleaning Fee:
An additional cleaning fee will apply if the room requires extensive cleaning or damage repair upon checkout.
